What You'll Do:
• Handle a steady flow of warm-transfer inbound leads that are sent directly to your station.
• Build quick rapport, uncover needs, and present simple insurance solutions over the phone in a clear, confident way.
• Follow a proven sales process, hit daily talk-time, quote, and close goals, and document all activity in the CRM.
• Take coaching, role-play regularly, and execute feedback fast to keep improving your close rate and income.
• Be reliably in your seat, on time, and engaged for the full shift—this is a professional sales floor, not a remote role.

Who We're Looking For:
• Must be able to work in-office only in Fort Lauderdale (no remote option).
• Competitive, money-motivated, and comfortable on the phone in a high-activity environment.
• Extremely coachable – you want feedback, can handle direct conversations, and implement changes quickly.
• Strong work ethic: on time every day, full-day effort, and reliable follow-through.
• Sales experience (call center, retail, door-to-door, or phone sales) is a plus, but not required for the right attitude.
• Open to getting licensed in insurance if not already licensed (we will guide you through the process).
