Job Title: Plumbing Service Technician
Job Location: West Lebanon, NH
Position Summary
We are hiring an experienced residential Plumbing Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems including repair work, troubleshooting plumbing systems, water heaters, and well pumps. We are seeking someone who is licensed and has strong residential experience who is eager to continue learning and growing within the trades. We’re a locally owned, fast-growing company, and we take pride in treating our team the right way. If you’re tired of the corporate runaround or feeling like just a number, you’ll fit in well here.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot water heaters, well pumps, and related plumbing equipment
- Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding findings and solutions
- Maintain accurate job documentation using ServiceTitan
- Participate in rotating weekend coverage schedule
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional appearance
- Hours: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
- No nights and definitely no 24/7 rotation.
Qualifications
- Journeyman Plumber License required
- Dual New Hampshire and Vermont plumbing licenses strongly preferred
- Minimum 4–5 years of residential plumbing experience required
- Residential service experience required
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Comfortable using tablets and field service software

The compensation for this position is expected to be a range of $33 - $36 per hour. This is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law.
