As our Lead HVAC Installer, you'll oversee residential HVAC system installations while guiding and mentoring junior team members. - $30–$35 per hour base pay with significant performance-based earning potential – our top installers make up to $100 per hour!

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the installation of residential and commercial HVAC systems with precision and efficiency.
- Mentor and train junior installers, ensuring they develop strong technical skills and industry knowledge.
- Ensure the team follows quality standards, safety protocols, and best practices.
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve top-tier performance.
- Communicate effectively with customers, explaining technical details in a clear, professional manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Stay updated with the latest industry standards and participate in company-sponsored training.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of HVAC installation experience.
- EPA certification (required).
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong technical expertise and knowledge of HVAC systems and installation procedures.
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team leader.
