The technician must maintain a fully stocked company vehicle, and be prepared for weekend flexibility during the busy season.Responsibilities and ExpectationsExpertly perform residential HVAC service calls, ensuring all repairs are completed accurately and efficiently.Must maintain proper truck stock to maximize first-call resolutions.Diagnose and troubleshoot complex heating, cooling, and ventilation system malfunctions by asking the right questions and applying proven technical expertise.Establish customer rapport by providing professional service and offering appropriate maintenance, repair, and replacement solutions.Clearly explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient, or underperforming systems to clients.Maintain a professional, clean, and organized job site and a well-inventoried company service vehicle.Train and mentor apprentices, helping to develop the next generation of skilled technicians.Weekend flexibility is required during the busy season.RequirementsA minimum of 2 years of experience performing residential HVAC service calls.Oil burner service experience is a plus Must demonstrate high accountability, possess a low ego, be coachable, and maintain a strong communicator approach.Must possess a Valid Driver's License and maintain a clean driving recordMust own a professional set of tools.Prior Nexstar training is a huge plus.Strong verbal and written communication skills, tech savvy, and an upbeat/positive attitude.What Can We Do for You?Earn $20 – $50 per hour, with a realistic potential to exceed $100,000 annually!Incredible Incentives:Earn a 5% Monthly incentive on all billable work performed.Receive 3% of the sale for all installation leads forwarded to our division.Year-round work guaranteed (no seasonal layoffs). This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law.
