Responsibilities and Expectations
You will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems while ensuring our customers’ homes remain comfortable and energy efficient.
Key Tasks
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and thermostats.
- Perform scheduled maintenance, tune-ups, and system performance checks.
- Identify and communicate repair and replacement options to homeowners.
- Respond to service calls promptly, providing courteous and efficient solutions.
- Accurately document all service activities and customer interactions.
- Educate homeowners on proper system care and energy efficiency practices.
- Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment in clean and safe condition.
- Adhere to all company, safety, and industry standards.
Requirements
- Prior Residential and Commercial HVAC experience with a minimum of 2 years residential.
- Experience utilizing Service Titan highly preferred.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- EPA Section 608 Certification (if applicable).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

The compensation for this position is expected to range between $25.00 - $35.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
