Work with Willow is working with a thriving private practice in Springfield, OH looking for fully licensed therapists who want to actually do the work they love — seeing clients and making an impact — without the constant grind.

What we’re looking for:

Licensed in Ohio: LISW, LSW, LIMFT, MFT, LPCC, LPC, PhD, or PsyD
- Ready to take on a full-time caseload of 20-25 clients/week (more if you want)

Team-oriented but independent — you’ll have autonomy with support behind you
This is an independent contractor 1099 role (full-time). You set your hours, we fill your schedule. Unfortunately, this position doe NOT include benefits like health insurance.
