Work with Willow has partnered with a group mental health private practice that is looking to fill a Care Coordinator role.
Position Type: Full-Time, Remote (work from home) role but prefer candidates in the greater Tampa Bay area.
Responsibilities
- Client Interaction: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with warmth and professionalism, addressing client questions and booking appointments.
- Scheduling: Manage appointment calendars, schedule clients with clinicians, and ensure accurate and timely bookings.
- Coordination: Communicate with clinicians to confirm schedules, relay client updates, and support smooth daily operations.
- Administrative Support: Perform tasks such as data entry, filing, maintaining client records, and assisting with billing or other office duties as needed.
- Customer Service: Create a positive experience for clients, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported from their first interaction with our practice.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a care coordinator, receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service role in healthcare or mental health settings.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities, and proficiency with scheduling software or office tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Microsoft Office).
- Attributes: Friendly, empathetic, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working for a mental health practice strongly preferred.
- Ability to work 32-40 hours a week as an independent contractor.
Compensation:
$24-$27 per hour
