Team Leads - Fulfillment / Warehouse
Available Schedules:
- Fri-Sun, 6am-6:30pm
- Mon-Thur, 6am-5:30pm
- Fri-Sun, 6pm-6:30am
- Mon-Thur, 6pm-5:30am
Job Requirements:
- Set priorities, schedules, and workflows.
- Assign staff tasks (unloading, pulling, loading, sanitation, moves).
- Manage KPIs, maintain inventory controls, and ensure audit quality.
- Safely operate forklifts, warehouse vehicles, and hand tools.
- Arrange equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Process incoming stock and prepare orders for delivery or pickup.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and customer service.
- Provide backup to Operations leadership.
- Comply with quality standards, regulations, and safety rules.
- Maintain a clean workspace and optimize space utilization.
Experience Requirements:
- 3 years of experience within a 3PL, warehouse or fulfillment environment
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work overtime and weekend as needed
- Forklift Experience (standup lift/counterbalance lift, cherry picker/order picker)
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
