Join our onsite operations team supporting the newest hyperscale data center campuses in New Albany, Ohio. We’re looking for an Electrical Operations Engineer with hands-on mission-critical experience who wants to work with complex, large-scale electrical infrastructure in a fast-growing data center environment.
Reporting directly to the Site Chief Engineer, you’ll play an important role in the reliability and day-to-day operation of the facility, working with critical systems including medium-voltage switchgear, transformers, generators, ATS/STS, UPS, PDUs, and RPPs. You’ll be involved in everything from preventive and corrective maintenance to MOP execution, troubleshooting, RCA, vendor oversight, and continuous improvement.

Primary Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain critical electrical infrastructure, including MV switchgear, transformers, generators, ATS/STS, UPS, PDUs, and RPPs
- Support mechanical systems including CRAHs, CRACs, chillers, RTUs, CDUs, and related cooling equipment
- Troubleshoot equipment issues, perform root cause analysis, and support corrective actions
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and execute MOPs, SOPs, and EOPs
- Coordinate maintenance activities, customer requests, and on-site subcontractors
- Monitor system performance and support operational reporting
- Maintain accurate tickets, work orders, maintenance records, and communications
- Support the regional operations team with customer reporting and QBRs as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of experience supporting electrical infrastructure in a data center or other mission-critical environment
- Strong knowledge of transformers, generators, ATS/STS, UPS, PDUs, RPPs, and medium-voltage systems
- Working knowledge of data center cooling systems such as CRAHs, CRACs, and chillers
- Experience working with MOPs, SOPs, EOPs, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance
- Ability to read single-line diagrams, technical documentation, and engineering plans
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, 24/7 mission-critical environment
Experience in hyperscale data centers or other mission-critical facilities is strongly preferred.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
