Ready for a career change but don't want to spend years in school before you can get started?
The Nevada Energy Workforce Accelerator (NEWA) helps eligible Nevada residents develop skills for careers in energy efficiency, weatherization, building science, HVAC-related work, Energy Auditing, and Nevada's growing energy workforce.
And the training is tuition-free for eligible participants.
You don't need to already work in energy.
If you're coming from construction, HVAC, hospitality, casinos, facilities, maintenance, warehousing, mechanical work, sales, customer service, administration, or another industry, we'll help identify the transferable skills you already have and the training that could help you move forward.

Training FREE College Credit
