This position requires you live & work in Southern Oregon. HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT (work from home Mon, Wed, Fri & headquarters Tues, Thurs).

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will do everything possible to move Work Sharp's business forward and will be given the resources to make a huge impact.

Responsibilities:

Process-oriented dynamic sales position, front row seat to entire business, requiring a growth mindset, technology competency & agility

· Assist with high-impact initiative planning, scheduling, communication, and process improvements (leveraging AI and digital tools)

· Support Sales Team with managing data, emails, and projects

· Ownership of trade show logistics with travel to U.S. shows for setup/takedown

· Manage influencer and sample kits.

· Thrive on a team that values internal motivation, adaptability, autonomy, teachability, strong collaboration, and time management skills.

Experience in the following areas will be considered: business-to-business sales and customer service
