Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Traffic Control Flaggers to join our team. In this role, you will direct traffic around construction sites, road maintenance projects, and other work zones to ensure the safety of workers and the public.
Key Responsibilities:
- Control the flow of traffic using signs, hand signals, and communication devices
- Monitor traffic conditions and adjust control methods as needed
- Communicate clearly with team members and motorists
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
- Remain alert and attentive at all times while on duty
Qualifications:
- Previous flagging or construction experience is a plus but not required (training will be provided)
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have your own vehicle for daily use.
Pay & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly pay: $20-22.50 /hour depending upon contract/client.
