Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Career Development Specialist. This role involves teaching clients the skills needed to find meaningful employment, including creating customized resumes, filling out effective job applications, writing cover letters, and preparing for interviews.

As a career development specialist, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one support to clients, helping them develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed in the workforce. You will also be part of a collaborative team that works together to provide comprehensive services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach clients how to create customized resumes, fill out effective job applications, write cover letters, and prepare for interviews
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners to identify job opportunities for clients
- Assist clients with job search strategies, interview preparation, and resume building
Requirements:
- Human services experience or interest in the field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and comfortable with travel within the community
- Monday – Friday, daytime hours availability (flexibility offered for part-time)
