Job Summary
Work N Gear is seeking reliable, hardworking team members for a temporary store setup role for the week of 4/13/2026. This position will support the reopening and setup of retail store locations, including unloading shipments, organizing inventory, assembling fixtures, stocking merchandise, placing signage, cleaning, and helping prepare stores for opening. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, physically capable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with setup of new and reopening retail store locations
- Unload boxes, racks, shelves, and store supplies
- Move and organize inventory throughout the store
- Assemble fixtures, shelving, tables, and displays
- Stock merchandise and help merchandise the sales floor
- Place signage, labels, and pricing materials
- Help keep the store clean, organized, and ready for opening
- Support basic operational setup tasks such as supplies organization and backroom setup
- Work with store leadership to complete setup tasks on schedule
Qualifications:
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours
- Comfortable with physical work and being on your feet for extended periods
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Prior retail, warehouse, merchandising, moving, or setup experience is a plus, but not required
- Able to work well with a team and follow instructions
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities

- Retail store openings or remodels
- Merchandising or stocking
- Fixture assembly
- Inventory handling
- General labor or moving experience
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
