Responsibilities

• Provide attentive childcare tailored to each child's needs, fostering a safe and engaging environment for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding routines, ensuring nutritional standards are met for all age groups
• Conduct age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social development
• Maintain cleanliness of the childcare area through regular cleaning and organization to ensure a hygienic space
• Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to any emergencies or health concerns
• Support children with daily routines such as diapering, dressing, nap times, and potty training
• Collaborate with parents and team members to develop individualized care plans that support each child's growth

Requirements

• Proven experience working with children in settings such as daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying or similar roles
• Knowledge of child development principles and age-specific caregiving techniques
• Ability to perform first aid and CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Strong skills in meal preparation and understanding of nutrition for young children
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members
• Reliable, energetic, positive attitude with a genuine passion for caring for children
