We are seeking compassionate and dependable Family Caregivers to provide quality in-home support while earning competitive pay. This is a W-2 employee position, not an independent contractor role.
Overview
Job Responsibilities
As a Family Caregiver, you will:
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Provide mobility assistance and ensure a safe home environment
- Offer companionship, emotional support, and supervision
- Follow the client’s individualized care plan and safety guidelines
- Accurately complete required documentation and communicate with the care team as needed

Qualifications
To be eligible, applicants must:
● Care for a loved one who has active Michigan Medicaid or other qualified insurance with active Homecare
● Be at least 18 years of age
● Reside in Michigan
● Be dependable, compassionate, patient, and committed to providing quality care
● Previous caregiving experience—personal or professional—is welcomed but not required
Pay & Benefits
● $17.20-18.00 per hour
