Job Duties
- Review engineering drawings and designs to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
- Prepare quotes, take-offs, and initial product designs into working drawings/documents.
- Coordinate sales orders and act as a liaison between team members and other departments.
- Plan and organize regional loads, dispatch trucks to meet customer requests, and support production team activities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure goals align with company culture and objectives.
- Apply knowledge of construction materials, including precast concrete, to assist with project planning.
- Perform tasks according to pre-established guidelines while exercising judgment to meet goals.

Physical Requirements

- Familiarity with construction materials, engineering concepts, and project coordination practices.
- Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; AutoCAD experience preferred.
- Positive, proactive attitude and customer-service orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
