Job Summary
Assists local facilities with attending the fuel island demands, building maintenance functions to include housekeeping for the shop and office areas. Fundamental Building Maintenance repair when required; picks up and delivers parts and shop personnel, as required to assist shop operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greets drivers and customers as they flow through the fuel lanes
- Maintains, cleans and fuels trucks as they come in and out of shop
- Fills all fluids and complete a fundamental D.O.T. check and check PM status of equipment list as they are receiving fuel
- Completes fueling log on daily basis
- Maintains safe and clean fuel island
- Janitorial duties in both shop and office area, as well as other tasks in outside environment
- Picks up and deliver parts and material, as required
- Transfers shop employees from equipment transfer, as required
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in shop or warehouse environment helpful
- Desire to work around diesel trucks
- Skills including customer service, communication, safety, reliability and accountability
- Ability to work well in team environment
- Class E drivers license or equivalent to chauffers license
- Clear/Satisfactory MVR
