Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW-C or LCPC) to join our dynamic mental health team. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations using ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide therapy utilizing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, trauma-focused therapy, behavioral therapy, and grief counseling.
- Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clinical documentation standards and treatment planning protocols.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation within Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems, adhering to HIPAA privacy regulations.
- Skills
- Extensive experience in psychotherapy techniques such as motivational interviewing, behavioral health interventions, addiction counseling, PTSD care, and trauma-focused therapy.
- Knowledge of ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10), CPT coding for billing purposes, and familiarity with medical terminology related to mental health diagnoses.
- Experience working with telehealth platforms delivering remote therapy sessions while maintaining clinical documentation standards.
- Ability to conduct mental health assessments for diverse populations including individuals with co-occurring disorders or disabilities.
- Excellent client communication skills with a compassionate approach..
