Worship Leader (Part-time)

The Worship Leader is responsible for guiding the congregation in meaningful and authentic expressions of worship. This position requires a blend of musical talent, spiritual maturity, and strong leadership abilities to create an engaging and spiritually enriching environment. As a Worship Leader, you will collaborate with pastors, musicians, and technical teams to thoughtfully plan and execute worship services that inspire and uplift our community.

Worship Leader Responsibilities & Duties

• Plan and lead weekly worship services Select and arrange music for worship services Coordinate and lead rehearsals with worship team members Collaborate with pastors and other church staff to integrate the worship service theme Facilitate congregational singing and participation Develop and implement worship plans for special services and events Engage and encourage the congregation in meaningful worship experiences

Worship Leader Qualifications & Skills

• Experience leading worship in a church setting Strong vocal abilities Knowledge of a wide range of worship music genres Strong organizational and planning skills Ability to work collaboratively with others Experience with sound and multimedia equipment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professed Christian faith and active involvement in a church Demonstrated musical talent and leadership abilities A passion for worship and a desire to lead others spiritually Flexibility to adapt to different worship styles and environments Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development Ability to create a welcoming and inclusive worship environment

Time Requirements:

Sunday Morning: 10am

Wednesday Rehearsals: 7 pm

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $150.00 - $250.00 per week
