TITLE: Student Center Employee DEPARTMENT: Office of Student Involvement and Leadership Development (OSILD)
SUPERVISOR: Sarah Potrikus, Linzy Martinez, Colleen Settle
SSTA Approver: Christine Pulsifer SCHEDULE: Operating Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-10pm, Saturday and Sunday 11am-8pm, Special Events (extended hours) POSITION LEVEL: Non-Supervisory
General Statement of Duties
Work at Information Desk, Living Room, Resource Room, or as an Office Assistant.
Responsibilities
Living Room: equipment rentals, light cleaning, event assistance, and monitor students Resource Room: machine maintenance, restocking supplies, photocopying, making posters, and light cleaning. Information Desk: providing information to the campus community, selling tickets, distribution of commencement regalia and related items, and distributing Student Organization office/closet keys. Office Assistant: office coverage, posting flyers, running errands, answering phones, general office inquiries, calculating survey data, and inventory. Special Events: assisting OSILD with event set up, coverage, and breakdown
