We are hiring full-time and part-time Security Guards to join our dynamic care team at Worcester Rehabilitation & Health Care Center!
Weekly pay at $17 an hour.
You ensure the safety and security of the residents, employees, facility, facility grounds, and equipment.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or its equivalent.
Security experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct an inventory of personal belongings on all admissions and safely remove and store any contraband.
Conduct and document, as a minimum, hourly rounds of the entire facility and its grounds, and immediately report any safety concerns to the supervisor.
Report/document environmental concerns.
Be present and assist, if needed, if and when a resident may be struggling to manage emotions.
Ensure visitors sign in, show identification, and conduct an inventory search.
Conduct frequent checks with residents deemed as risk, including physically viewing residents whereabouts and documentation of where they are, what they are doing, and who, if anyone, they are with.
Assist staff with room searches.
May be assigned to a resident on a 1:1 basis for a determined period of time, including direct supervision at all times.
