The Worcester Railers HC of the ECHL is looking for a Ticket Sales Intern for an UNPAID/CREDIT ONLY role in Fall of the 2026 Academic Year starting in May and ending in August. Candidates must be current college students and must be able to dedicate 6 to 12 hours per week to the internship. Strong verbal skills are essential, as is the ability to work well in a dynamic, small-office environment. The successful candidate should be dependable, able to handle multiple tasks, and work long hours (evenings, weekends & holidays included).
Internship opportunities may include assisting with other departments in the organization such as: Marketing, Business Operations, Corporate Partnerships, Public/Community Relations, and Digital Media for the club.

Ticket Sales Description
- Interns will be required to come in to our office located at 105 Commercial Street at Door 22 in Worcester.
- Interns will report to Director of Ticket Sales.
- Interns will work office hours during the week and may also gain experience in corporate fulfillment, digital media, Public & Community Relations, business operations, marketing, and more.
- Interns will be required to attend community events as needed.
- Pursuit of Sport Management, Marketing, and/or business degree preferred.
- Computer proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills and telephone etiquette.
- Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of projects.
- Basic understanding of making a sale.
- Basic knowledge of ice hockey encouraged but not required.
- Must receive college credit.
- Available to work a minimum of 6 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
- Must have reliable transportation and live in the Worcester or surrounding areas.
- Must be able to receive credit towards major via class requirement or hours.
