5th/6th Grade STEM Teacher

Worcester Cultural Academy, an EL Education charter school, is seeking a culturally responsive, student-centered 5th & 6th Grade STEM Teacher to join our crew. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree (required); Master’s degree preferred. - Massachusetts Elementary Education Certification (Grades 1–6) or subject matter MTEL passed. - SEI (Sheltered English Immersion) Endorsement (required). - Commitment to team-based, mission-driven school culture. - Strong problem-solving skills, persistence, and initiative in the face of challenges. - Ability to make decisions that prioritize student needs and the school community. - Ability to pass DESE-mandated CORI and fingerprint background checks. Compensation: Competitive salary, commensurate with experience; $52,000-$80,000.
