WCAC serves 45 towns in Central and South-Central Massachusetts with offices located in Worcester, Southbridge, Webster, East Brookfield, and Leicester. We are seeking a Summer Seasonal (June - August) Case Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for assigned youth participants and worksite employers — facilitating weekly group meetings, conducting worksite visits, and maintaining consistent communication to ensure a positive and successful work experience. This role involves monitoring worksite compliance, managing timesheets and payroll distribution, and tracking participant progress through the YouthWorks database and state work readiness curriculum. The Case Manager will also develop individualized Work-Based Learning Plans, support youth with next-step planning such as resume writing, and connect participants with wrap-around services as needed.
