As our Leasing Specialist, you'll be on the front lines, representing our communities and using your persuasive talents to attract new residents. You'll build relationships, highlight the value we offer, and close deals. This is more than just a job; it's a chance to shine, exceed targets, and contribute directly to our growth.

What You'll Do:

• Be a Closer: Utilize your exceptional communication and persuasion skills to convert prospects into residents.

• Drive Traffic and Achieve Occupancy Goals: Implement sales and marketing strategies to boost property traffic and consistently achieve budgeted occupancy.
• Create Value and Exceed Expectations: Anticipate prospective residents' needs, address their concerns, and showcase the unique advantages of our communities.
• Build Relationships: Provide outstanding customer service to residents, vendors, and team members, fostering a positive and engaging community environment.
• Master the Leasing Process: Conduct property tours, assist with applications, prepare lease paperwork, and ensure a smooth leasing experience.
• Utilize Technology: Effectively use property management software (Entrata preferred) to manage leads, track data, and streamline processes.

• Contribute to Marketing and Events: Assist with marketing surveys, social media, and resident events to enhance community engagement.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience (multi-family residential management preferred)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Business Suite
