Customer Associate – Worcester Beverage
Location: 1950 S Valley Forge Rd, Norristown, PA 19403
Schedule: Mix of afternoons and weekends

Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and dependable Customer Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, is reliable, and can handle a mix of customer service and physical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product recommendations
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to maintain store appearance and inventory levels
- Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store
- Follow all PA state liquor laws and company policies
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older (21 preferred)
- Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer service skills
- Ability to lift and move cases of beer (up to 40 lbs)
- Dependable and able to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- Previous retail or warehouse experience a plus, but not required
