The Assistant/Associate Director of Admissions will be the point person for all campus
admission events including but not limited to Open House, Revisit Days, Information
Sessions, International Agency Visits, Educational Consultants, Feeder School
Counselor visits etc.
General Responsibilities
prospective students and their families.
recruitment events.
effective promotion plans for on campus events.
enrollment process and in their transition from applicants to fully enrolled
community members.
parents/guardians.
coordinate steps of the admissions process within established deadlines.
exchange of information is maintained.
sources to evaluate markets, trends, and opportunities.
recruitment and enrollment efforts.
needs of the admissions office.

Qualifications
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, counseling, event management or related field.
- 2-5 years of secondary or higher education admissions experience or event planning with progressive responsibility.
- Experience in international recruitment especially with international agency development, credential review, and the F-1 visa process is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written communication skills (a writing sample may be requested)
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills, and ability to tend to many different tasks and duties simultaneously
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to deliver excellent customer-service
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Sense of professionalism and high ethical standards, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Sense of humor, flexibility, collegiality, teamwork, and independence
