- Installs, maintains, troubleshoots and supports the college's desktop/computing hardware (Windows PC and Macs), printers, mobile devices, operating systems, software and associated peripherals
- Ensures existing hardware and software availability by coordinating repairs, performing preventive maintenance and fulfilling Level 1 work order requests
- Serves as the first point of contact for technology support by answering incoming calls to assess urgency and determine next steps, including resolving common requests such as account unlocks and password resets or routing or escalating tickets to the appropriate team to ensure timely resolution; accurately documents all interactions in the ticketing system
- Performs routine audio-visual support and maintenance to the college's instructional programs and organizations
- Assists employees in the use of desktop, mobile and network-attached hardware, software and peripherals
- Maintains inventory of all technology related equipment and software
- Performs other duties as assigned
