What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dean's Associate, Student Services position at Wor-Wic Community College?
Wor-Wic Community College is accepting applications for a full-time dean’s associate to provide office support for the dean of enrollment management, the dean of student success and the student services division, and to assist with enrollment management efforts, retention, student success, and student conduct and Title IX communications.
Duties include generating mailings and reports, reconciling the budget, assisting students to ensure they have a high-quality experience, maintaining records, preparing information for disciplinary hearings and administrative grievance review, assigning work to associates as necessary to support division goals, and performing general clerical work.
Requirements include an associate degree in a relevant field; four years of office experience (a bachelor’s degree can be substituted for the four years of experience); and excellent written and verbal communication, Microsoft Word and Excel, database, mathematical, organizational, teamwork and human relations skills.
This position may be required to periodically work evenings and weekends, including the annual commencement.
