We’re looking for a motivated Studio Manager who’s passionate about fitness, thrives in a goal-driven environment, and leads with energy, empathy, and accountability.
Position Summary
The Studio Manager drives studio growth through leadership, outreach, and community engagement. You’ll manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and conversion to retention — while creating a welcoming and results-driven studio environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Membership Growth
- Make 50 outbound calls per day to prospective members.
- Convert intro classes into memberships through consultative sales.
- Build value around Wopro Fitness programs, highlighting long-term health benefits.
- Overcome objections naturally through authentic conversation, not pressure.
- Set and manage clear daily goals for the sales team (calls, upgrades, retail sales).
Studio Operations
- Execute daily and weekly Studio Gameplans.
- Confirm intro bookings, manage no-shows, and follow up on missed appointments.
- Track key sales metrics like show rate and conversion performance.
- Monitor CRM accuracy and ensure high-quality notes and follow-up.
- Respond quickly to leads, emails, and voicemail inquiries.
- Address cancellation requests and initiate member retention strategies.
- Manage payments, onboarding, and declined transactions.
Marketing & Community Engagement
- Lead local grassroots marketing campaigns and partnerships.
- Host and promote member appreciation events.
- Build connections with local businesses to drive visibility and traffic.
- Coordinate content and posts through the Digital Stack social planner.
Leadership & Performance
- Conduct weekly and monthly meetings to review studio performance.
- Collaborate with the studio owner on KPIs and sales goals.
- Provide coaching, support, and recognition to team members.
- Maintain a professional, clean, and motivating studio atmosphere.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in fitness, wellness, or membership-based sales.
- Proven record of hitting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and giving in-person studio tours.
- Organized, dependable, and motivated to grow professionally.
- Passion for Pilates, health, and community.
