Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients within your assigned territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, addressing client needs effectively.
- Engage in direct sales activities, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Manage accounts by providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify business development opportunities and strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential sales opportunities.
Skills Recommended
· Experience in customer service/sales is preferred, especially in inside sales or direct sales environments.
· Strong territory management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
· Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes for clients and the company.
· Experience in account management, fostering long-term relationships with clients.
· Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred.
· Negotiate contracts and handle paperwork (e.g., invoices, orders)
