Key job responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies aligned with Woot's business objectives and customer needs. Own the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration.
Program Management: Design processes and mechanisms to drive stakeholder alignment to successfully deliver complex, cross-functional projects
Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to deliver high-impact product features that allow the business to scale.
Customer Experience Optimization: Continuously improve user journeys across Woot's platform, focusing on conversion, engagement, and satisfaction
Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics, customer insights, and market research to inform product decisions and measure success
A day in the life
Spend significant time collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders to drive product strategy, feature development and optimize user experiences.
Design robust processes for managing complex, multi-team projects while ensuring stakeholder alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
Throughout the day, balance strategic roadmap planning with tactical execution, focusing on improving customer journeys, measuring key performance indicators, and implementing solutions that enhance Woot's competitive position in the e-commerce marketplace.
Lead meetings with key stakeholders and leadership to provide updates, drive strategic decision-making and facilitate discussion on highly debated topics.

Working in close partnership with Woot's leadership team, this agile team drives business growth through data-driven product decisions and cross-functional collaboration. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Basic Qualifications
- 4 years of product management experience
- Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in balancing conflicting priorities dealing with ambiguity
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Knowledge of SQL and Excel at a moderate or advanced level
- Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization
- Experience in e-commerce
