Our accounting firm located in Suwanee is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Entry Level Accountant (Full-time) to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Perform bookkeeping using QuickBooks and maintain monthly financial records
- Process payroll and prepare payroll/withholding tax filings
- Prepare and file sales tax returns and assist with other tax compliance tasks
- Support various accounting and administrative functions for clients
- Monitor federal and state tax filings, ensure ongoing compliance with applicable regulations, and coordinate timely responses to IRS and state regulatory inquiries
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Korean - Fluency in Korean is required
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and responsibility
- Positive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and general computer literacy
- Prior experience with QuickBooks or accounting preferred (Training provided for motivated candidates)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; applicants from other majors are also encouraged to apply
- Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
