Seasonal Holiday Market Crew Member - Woops! Macarons & Gifts

Woops! Macarons & Gifts is hiring seasonal crew members for our booth at the Made in Philadelphia Holiday Market at Dilworth Park in Center City. The market runs Friday, November 13, 2026 through Friday, January 1, 2027. We are closed Christmas Day. Setup and training are November 11-12. Market hours: Sunday to Thursday 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM; Friday and Saturday 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM; Thanksgiving Day 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Christmas Eve 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM. Shifts are scheduled within market hours, including weekends and holidays (except Christmas Day). In addition to the $18 per hour, our crew usually receives over $2 an hour in tips. What you will do: - Greet customers and sell macarons and gift boxes at our market booth - Run the register / point of sale and handle cash and card payments accurately - Restock product and displays, and keep the booth clean, organized, and inviting - Open and close the booth following our checklist - Answer basic product questions about flavors, gift boxes, and ingredients Who we are looking for: - You live in the Philadelphia area and can commute reliably to Dilworth Park in Center City - Available for a good share of the market run, especially weekends, Thanksgiving week, and the weeks before Christmas - Friendly, reliable, and punctual - the booth must be staffed for all opening hours - Comfortable standing for a full shift and working in an outdoor seasonal market - Retail, food service, farmers market, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required This is a seasonal position for the holiday market only, with the possibility of future opportunities with Woops! for strong performers.
