What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front of House Staff position at Woon?
Woon is homestyle Chinese restaurant located in Historic Filipinotown. We are a high volume restaurant with a small team that wears a lot of hats and works together to get things done!
We are looking for Front of House Staff to ensure Woon’s guests are having an enjoyable dining experience by providing QUALITY customer service while performing their tasks at hand. FOH train and rotate register and floor positions
We are looking for part-time and potentially full-time availability. Friday - Sunday availability is a MUST!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Neat, clean and professional appearance
Reliable team player
Comfortable standing for long periods of time
Attention to detail
Good communication skills
Communicating orders with kitchen
Good LISTENER
Food Service Experience Required
Restock supplies
Charging guests for their food, handling cash, cash register and credit cards
Clean and reset tables
Greeting guests and answering questions
Have full menu knowledge, memorizing seasonal menu items, daily specials (if applicable)
Memorize table numbers
Maintain high food safety and sanitation standards
Efficient
Adaptable to changes
Customer service!
Requirements:
Serving experience in Fast Casual Environment
Strong communication skills
Food Handler's Card required
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
CLEAN
Organized
Team player
