Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Editorial Planning
- Assist in creating engaging, platform-specific content across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit
- Support video editing for multi-channel repurposing
- Plan, organize, and maintain the editorial/content calendar to ensure timely publishing
- Source, identify, and organize user-generated content (UGC) for brand use
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner
- Actively engage with audiences and foster a positive, on-brand community environment
- Proactively interact with adjacent premium brands and relevant communities to expand reach
- Track performance metrics and assist in building weekly and monthly reporting decks
- Analyze data to identify insights and optimization opportunities
- Monitor algorithm updates, cultural trends, and platform best practices to inform strategy
- Support the execution of social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals
- Partner closely with marketing, PR, and B2B teams to execute integrated campaigns and strategic initiatives, ensuring strong global alignment and consistency across markets
- Track competitor activity across social platforms to identify opportunities and gaps
- Assist in identifying, researching, and coordinating influencer partnerships
- Stay up to date on emerging trends, tools, and technologies to enhance content performance
You bring a mix of creative, analytical, and organizational strengths, with many of the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience assisting in the execution of organic social media
- Strong understanding of platform best practices, trends, and content optimization across channels (e.g., Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit)
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) and a strong understanding of native content production and short-form video editing (e.g., CapCut)
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social or similar platforms)
- Solid grasp of performance metrics and the ability to translate data into actionable items
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Creative, detail-oriented thinker with solution-focused mindset
