Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, bilingual B2B Business Development Manager to lead our wholesale expansion. You will be the face of Wooltari for our business partners, responsible for identifying new opportunities, negotiating contracts, and managing the supply chain flow between Korean producers and American businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- New Partnership Acquisition: Identify and prospect new B2B clients, including Korean/Asian supermarkets, local restaurants, catering companies, and corporate gift clients.
- Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing wholesale partners, ensuring high satisfaction and consistent re-order rates.
- Cross-Border Communication: Coordinate with headquarters and partner manufacturers in Korea to manage product sourcing, availability, and custom B2B requests.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets for the wholesale division.
Qualifications (The Must-Haves)
- Language: Must be 100% fluent in Reading and Speaking both Korean and English. You will be translating product specs, negotiating with Korean vendors, and pitching to Korean and English-speaking business owners.
- Experience: 3 years in B2B Sales, Wholesale, or Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
- Cultural Knowledge: Deep understanding of Korean food culture, regional specialties and the K-Food market in the U.S.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build a great business relationship with traditional Korean and modern U.S. retailers.
- Legal: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Travel: Must be willing to travel as needed for sales activities, including trade shows, industry events, and on-site meetings with prospective and existing clients.

- Experience with CRM tools and Shopify.
- Enjoy cold-calling and networking to build a portfolio from scratch.
