Woolley Home Solutions is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team!
Full-Time | In Person | Maplewood, NJ
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
For over 100 years, our family-owned company has been a trusted name in home comfort, providing heating, cooling, fuel delivery, and plumbing services to our community.
We’re looking for more than someone who can answer the phone. We want a confident, personable professional who enjoys helping people, solving problems, building relationships, and making every customer interaction count.
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with questions, service requests, and scheduling.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate service calls with our team.
- Handle challenging conversations with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Take ownership of customer needs and follow through.
- Maintain accurate customer records and pay attention to the details.
- Recognize opportunities to recommend products and services that benefit our customers.
- Work closely with our office staff, technicians, and drivers to keep customers informed and help the day run smoothly.

- Comfort using computers, learning software, and entering information accurately.

Experience in heating oil, HVAC, plumbing, or another home services business is a definite plus.
