What are the responsibilities and job description for the Architect position at Woolf Architecture?
Overview
We are seeking a talented Architect for residential architecture. Fluency in Revit is a must. Experience and/or enthusiasm for residential architecture is preferred. This is an in-person position and includes going to jobsite meetings, client meetings, and measuring houses for renovations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and attention to detail, with a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in the development of architectural projects from concept through to completion, ensuring that all designs meet code requirements.
Duties
- Produce drawings.
- Measure houses and attend meetings.
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Proficiency in Revit
- Good project scheduling abilities to manage timelines effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
