Retail Order Picker and Fulfillment Associate

Wool & Co. is a fast-paced, fast- growing E-commerce company in the apparel textile industry. We are looking for energetic, self-motivated individuals to join our fulfillment team based in South Elgin, IL. Heated warehouse with a clean, positive working environment.

We are looking for full or part time candidates who can work the entire 8am-4pm shift, 2-5 days per week.

Job Description for Ecom Fulfillment Associate

• Pick high volume daily ecom orders from warehouse
• Usage of RFID scanner to pick orders based on alphanumeric-based location system
• Wind applicable yarns using electric winders and swifts at customer request
• Confirm, package and ship retail customer orders
• Work safely, quickly, and efficiently to meet position metrics and reach department goals
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness through sweeping, breaking down boxes, maintaining neat shelves
• Assist manager on additional day to day responsibilities such as stickering inventory, breaking down boxes, stocking warehouse shelves

Skill Set for Ecom Fulfillment Associate

• Detail oriented with high level of accuracy
• Ability to climb ladders while carrying boxes/totes
• Can lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to be on feet walking throughout warehouse for entire shift
• Experience using a RFID scanner a plus, but will train
• Dependable with high level of accountability
• Cooperates and interacts effectively with team and managers
• Ability to adapt to change
• Willingness to accept other tasks as needs arise

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 38 per week
