Position Description
Supervisors are responsible for assisting management in the overall efficiency and technical operations of the Woof’s location. Supervisors maintain proper execution of product, training and refinement of staff, control labor costs, build relationships with customers, handle customer issues, and maintain focus on dog health & safety.

Responsibilities
- Leads by example, is vocal and prepared
- Organized, develops good time management skills
- Always willing to learn and be receptive to coaching and constructive criticism
- Practices Situational Management and expects the unexpected
- Corrects operational mistakes with a goal of dog health & safety and satisfying the customer
- Spends most of time on in the facility rather than the office

- One year of customer service experience
