What You’ll Do:
- Provide professional grooming services (scissoring, breed-specific cuts, grooming, de-matting, nail trimming, etc.)
- Build positive relationships with pets and their owners
- Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of all pets
- Collaborate with an experienced and supportive grooming team
- Manage a team of 13-15 associates(General Manager position only)
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of professional grooming experience(Groomer position)
- Minimum 5 years of professional grooming expericence and 1 year management experience (General Manager Trainee position)
- Strong handling and scissoring skills
- Passion, patience, and love for animals
- Team player with excellent customer service skills
Our groomers average $300-$500 a day. Part time position includes complimentary semi monthly tool maintenance and employee retail discount. Full time includes all of the above and paid time off and various insurance options. Part time groomers would work 2 -3 days a week and full time groomers and General Manager Trainee would work 4-5 days a week. General Manager Trainee would groom once or twice a week and manage the salon and retail staff(13-15 associates) the remaining two to four days.
We are looking to hire immediately to fulfill current demand. Ideal candidates will have great compassion for animals, outstanding customer service and attention to detail, and the stamina to groom 5 - 8 dogs per day.
