ABOUT THE ROLE & OUR TEAM:

At Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming, deep love of animals is the foundation of what makes our groomers so extraordinary. Our groomers are committed to pets’ health, well-being and care, and they are the absolute best in industry. Each followed a calling into dog grooming to express their love, creativity, and expertise with pups of all ages, sizes, breeds and needs. Our services include bathing, nail trimming and painting, matt removal, scissoring techniques, creative coloring and large breed management.

We believe that building relationships is key to success. Relationships with our groomers foster respect, professional growth, and create a bond with our guests and the local community. We are a locally owned business franchise with strong community connections. Our relationships with our guests, their pups and the local community differentiate us from our competition.

Pay Structure and Perks:

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year (including tips)

Expected Hours: 15 – 40 per week

Qualifications & Experience:

· Minimum (1) year experience grooming pets independently in a professional environment (Required).

· Grooming (2) or more years in a professional environment (Preferred)
