PART-TIME Retail Sales Associate

Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Doral is looking for a professional, motivated, & friendly Retail Sales Associate with previous retail experience to join our pack! Ideal candidate will have great compassion and love for animals, a strong commitment to customer service, excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

Woof Gang Bakery is a leader in the pet franchise industry providing the very best in pet care. Each Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming location is a neighborhood store, offering gourmet dog treats, healthy pet foods, pet supplies, accessories and pet grooming.

Experience:

· Retail sales/customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

· Pet industry: 1 year (Preferred)

· Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Requirements:

· Be a pet lover

· English and Spanish fluency

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

· Maximize sales and provide a consistent customer experience

· Communicate effectively with customers to determine needs

· Develop exceptional relationships with current and prospective clients

· Report and maintain appropriate inventory levels

· Create and maintain personal clientele info with regular communication and customer follow-up

· Actively participate in merchandising standards

· Assist staff in driving store initiatives

· Actively support securing company assets through effective Loss Prevention in compliance with company policies and procedures

· Protect the Woof Gang Bakery brand message and philosophies by maintaining a professional and personal appearance

· Additional duties/responsibilities may be assigned
