Wholesale Tree Nursery in Lizton, IN is looking for a FULL-TIME Customer Service Representative – Immediate Opening.

Hourly position.

Experience required.

Responsibilities include but not limited to: ·

· Possesses a friendly, professional personality, self-starter, and able to get information in a timely manner.

· Highly efficient and organized. Must be able to handle multiple inputs daily.

· Responsible for coordinating information between external (customers) and internal (sales, production,) individuals.

· Execute customer follow ups through software program and updating order information.

· Assists with various administrative tasks seasonally as necessary.

· Updates new customers into digital marketing database

· Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.

· Training, reviewing, and implementing Standard Operational Procedures (SOP's).

Essential Requirements:

· Great attitude and people-oriented personality

· Must perform with high efficiency and quality.

· Ability to follow instructions as directed by management.

· Works well as part of a collaborative team.

· Must adapt to changes in work schedule based on seasonality.

· Must have computer skills.

· Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Must demonstrate excellent record keeping.

· Proficient in critical thinking under demanding circumstances.

· Must maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Non-Essential Requirements:

· Ability to speak Spanish

· Knowledge of native trees and shrubs of the Midwest region

· Passionate about plants

· Nursery or garden center experience

High attention to detail, and helping sales team with seasonal inquiries, will be critical to success. You will help ensure our deliveries and pickups are coordinated to maximize efficiency. This will require communicating with our customers to get basic information and willing to answer any questions they may have about the process. You will also help us make good business decisions through data analytics. We believe that we cultivate team members the same way we do plants and in turn we are invested in your growth

WWN is a wholesale nursery located in Lizton, Indiana, tracing its heritage to the Pritchett-Berg Farms. The nursery began in 1998 building upon a legacy of careful stewardship and informed innovation. Products are tailored for environmental restoration, urban forestry, commercial landscapers, wholesale nurseries, and retail distribution centers. Our attention to properly rooted products and regionally collected seeds is recognized by restoration ecologists, native plant enthusiasts, and the nursery industry.
