- Hours are Tuesday thru Friday, 7am - 4pm, Saturday 7am - 3pm

- Compute or re-compute final bills for accuracy using required dealership software
- Receive and issue receipts for cash, checks and credit card payments
- Record amounts received in the computer and secure monies in the register drawer
- Coordinate vehicle pick ups with Guest Service Assistants
- Ensure all service records are filed promptly and accurately
- Work with department managers to stay abreast of new products and services offered, their features and value, and any changes in price
- Refer guests who have additional questions (e.g., questions about their repair order) to the service advisor or other appropriate individual
- Resolve guest concerns with integrity and poise
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of face-to-face customer service experience
- Ability to type and utilize all functions of a computer and various operating programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Available to work a full-time five-day work week, with some flexibility with the hours adjusting based on the needs of the business
- Prepared to work extended hours, when necessary, to achieve goals
- Team oriented, flexible, and committed to setting the standard in delivering an effortless guest experience
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and subsequent random drug screens
