Job Overview
Our production team members play a vital role in delivering the high-quality products our customers have come to expect. Depending on the position, responsibilities may include reading work orders, preparing lumber and materials, assembling products, sanding and preparing components for finishing, operating woodworking machinery, and maintaining quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, have a strong attention to detail, and enjoy being part of a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret work orders and production specifications
- Prepare lumber and other materials for production
- Operate and maintain woodworking equipment and machinery
- Assemble doors, millwork, and custom wood products
- Sand, inspect, and prepare products for finishing
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications
- Manufacturing, woodworking, construction, or related experience preferred, but not required
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
