- Estimated annual base pay: $78,000.00(minimum) - $97,500.00(midpoint) - $117,000.00(maximum)
- Estimated annual base pay: $88,000.00(minimum) - $110,000.00(midpoint) - $132,000.00(maximum)
- All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity.

What You Will Be Doing
L2:
- Supplier Performance Management: Manage supplier performance in key metrics areas including, but not limited to, Quality, Deliver, Responsiveness, and Cost (QDRC) and Inventory
- Commercial/Negotiation: Ability to participate in negotiations with suppliers on any operational issue
- Commercial/Negotiation: Ensures compliance with requirements in various contractual agreements
- Commercial/Negotiation: Some ability to engage suppliers in various site related initiatives
- Organization Savvy: Leverage organizational structure to maximize results including various sourcing groups, and other internal groups
- Supplier Performance Management: Manage supplier performance in key metrics areas including, but not limited to Quality, Delivery, Responsiveness, Cost (QDRC) and inventory
- Commercial/Negotiation: Ability to lead negotiations with suppliers and influence them on any operational issue. Ensures compliance with requirements in any contractual agreement (Long Term Agreements, Supply Agreements, etc.)
- Commercial/Negotiation: Ability to engage suppliers actively without management support
- Organization Savvy: Ability to engage suppliers actively without management support
- Metrics/Objectives/Actions: Drives resolution of CoE crisis management issues that involve suppliers, including expediting, recovery plans, supplier on-site visits, etc.

- US Bachelor’s Degree in Art/Science in Materials and/or Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience Required
- US Masters Degree in applicable field preferred
- 2-5 years experience hands-on expertise in Purchasing (buyer, purchasing manager, etc.) with experience in multiple procurement categories (I.e. Electronics, Castings, etc.) preferred
- US Bachelor’s Degree in Art/Science in Materials and/or Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience Required
- US Masters Degree in applicable field preferred
- 5 years experience hands-on expertise in Purchasing (buyer, purchasing manager, etc.) with experience in multiple procurement categories (I.e. Electronics, Castings, etc.) preferred
