Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. 

Level 1:

Estimated annual base pay: $74,750 (minimum) - $84,500 (midpoint) - $104,000 (maximum)

Level 2:

Estimated annual base pay: $77,000 (minimum) - $100,000 (midpoint) - $123,000 (maximum)

Key Responsibilities:

Level 1:

  • Focuses primarily on basic tasks such as assembling components, conducting routine quality inspections, and maintaining equipment.
  • Operates within established procedures and guidelines, requiring minimal technical expertise.
  • Primarily supports manufacturing processes and adheres to instructions from senior team members.
  • Documents production data using existing systems without significant analytical input.

Level 2:

  • Handles more advanced technical assignments using current manufacturing technologies.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves moderately complex manufacturing issues, requiring deeper analytical skills.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and operations, extending beyond routine tasks.
  • Provides informal mentorship to junior team members, contributing to skill development within the team.
  • Maintains quality standards while actively contributing to overall team goals, demonstrating ownership and accountability.

  • Proficiency in basic manufacturing principles and software tools.
  • Focuses on routine problem-solving and adherence to standard procedures.
  • Demonstrates foundational communication and technical documentation skills.
  • Prioritizes learning and following instructions rather than leading or initiating improvements.

Level 2:

  • Advanced expertise in manufacturing technologies and applications.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities to address moderately complex issues.
  • Skilled in identifying and implementing process improvements for greater efficiency.
  • Takes on informal leadership roles, guiding and mentoring less experienced team members.
  • Demonstrates business acumen and adaptability to new technologies, contributing to broader organizational goals.
  • Effective communication with stakeholders and teams on more technical or strategic matters.

Successful Candidates Typically Have:

Level 1:

  • 4year Bachelors BS OR 6 years equivalent experience
  • Electrical experience

Level 2:

  • 4year Bachelors BS OR 8 years equivalent experience 
  • Electrical experience

This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).   All applicants must be U.S. Persons within the meaning of the ITAR and EAR, or eligible to obtain all required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce.
